Effective Date: May 7th, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

By participating in an Origen Wellness Retreats experience, I acknowledge and agree to the following:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Voluntary Participation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    I understand that participation in retreat activities is voluntary and may involve physical, emotional, and environmental risks. Activities may include:<\/p>\n\n

      \n
    • Yoga and movement<\/li>\n
    • Meditation and breathwork<\/li>\n
    • Hiking and outdoor excursions<\/li>\n
    • Thermal pools and water activities<\/li>\n
    • Wellness workshops<\/li>\n
    • Emotional reflection and group experiences<\/li>\n
    • Transportation between locations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1. Assumption of Risk<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        I acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n

        • Physical injury
          Illness<\/li>\n
        • Emotional discomfort<\/li>\n
        • Travel-related incidents<\/li>\n
        • Slips, falls, or accidents<\/li>\n
        • Natural or environmental conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.<\/p>\n

          1. Medical Responsibility<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

            I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate in retreat activities.<\/p>\n\n

            I understand that Origen Wellness Retreats does not provide medical care or licensed therapy.<\/p>\n\n

            I agree to seek professional medical advice when appropriate.<\/p>\n

            1. Release of Liability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

              To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Origen Wellness Retreats, its founders, facilitators, contractors, partners, venues, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation.<\/p>\n

              1. Personal Responsibility<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

                I agree to participate responsibly, communicate limitations, follow facilitator guidance, and respect the retreat environment and other participants.<\/p>\n

                1. Photography & Media<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

                  I understand that photos or videos may occasionally be taken during retreats for promotional purposes.<\/p>\n\n

                  I may notify the retreat organizers in writing if I prefer not to appear in media content.<\/p>\n

                  1. Agreement<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
