The Journey: January 22nd – 25th, 2027
Friday, January 22: The Beginning of the Journey and Connection
Our adventure begins with a departure from Mexico City to our sanctuary of peace. Upon arrival, we’ll welcome you with a delicious snack to help you settle in, take a deep breath, and begin disconnecting from your routine.
In the afternoon, we’ll gather for our first Welcome Circle, the perfect space to get to know each other, open our hearts, and set your intention for the weekend through a group activity. You’ll have free time to enjoy the surroundings before sharing a nourishing dinner. We’ll close this first evening by connecting deeply around a bonfire under the stars.
Saturday, Jan 23: The Reunion and Permission
We begin the morning by awakening our bodies with a morning yoga session, followed by a healthy breakfast. Afterward, we’ll have our first major work session, “Meeting 1: Your Return,” a space designed to help you reconnect with your center.
The afternoon will unfold at your own pace: you can enjoy the pool, savor lunch, and treat yourself to some time for relaxation or a comforting nap. Refreshed, we’ll join “Meeting 2: Your Permission,” a workshop to release expectations and embrace the present moment. As the sun sets, we’ll take an introspective walk to connect with nature, followed by dinner and a liberating evening of Ecstatic Dance.
Sunday, Jan 24: Blossoming and Rebirth
We’ll begin the day with our morning yoga practice to integrate the day’s experiences and recharge with breakfast. Mid-morning, we’ll delve deeper into “Meeting 3: Your Blossoming,” a workshop designed to expand your potential.
In the afternoon, after a refreshing time in the pool, lunch, and your nap, we’ll gather to seal our intentions in “Meeting 4: Your Decree.” At nightfall, we’ll experience the ancestral medicine of the Temazcal, a profound purification ritual. We will conclude the day sharing dinner and a beautiful activity to honor the journey we have traveled.
Monday, Jan 25: Awakening and Return
Our final morning begins by connecting with our bodies in our last morning yoga session and enjoying breakfast. After checking out of our rooms, we will embark on a magical experience: a tour to connect with the energy of the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary.
Before departing, we will gather for a moving Closing Circle to embrace all that we have learned and say our goodbyes.
Finally, we will board our transport to the airport, ready to return home with full hearts and ready to flourish in our daily lives.
Please note: Transportation will depart from Mexico City on Friday, August 22nd at 2:00 PM and return to Mexico City from the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary on Monday, August 25th at 3:00 PM. We expect to arrive back in Mexico City at approximately 6:00 PM.
Please keep these transportation times in mind when booking your flights.

Important Notes
- The retreat takes place in a natural mountain setting, so comfortable and practical clothing is highly recommended.
- Temperatures may vary throughout the day, so layering is encouraged.
- We recommend bringing an open heart, curiosity, and a willingness to disconnect and recharge.
- The visit to El Rosario Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary takes place in a cool, high-altitude coniferous forest, so we recommend bringing a warm, heavier jacket to stay comfortable. Reaching the area with the highest concentration of monarchs involves an approximately two-hour hike, depending on the pace we choose. Comfortable, sturdy walking shoes are therefore essential. If the hike feels too challenging, there is also the option of going up on horseback, making the experience accessible for those who may prefer a less strenuous alternative.
How do I book my spot?
To confirm and reserve your room, a non-refundable $400 USD deposit is required. This deposit should be made directly to the following bank account:

Do I need a specific fitness level for the yoga or the sanctuary excursion?
Not at all. The yoga practices are adaptable and designed to accommodate different bodies, abilities, and experience levels. You are always encouraged to move at your own pace and make modifications as needed.
The visit to the El Rosario Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary does involve an approximately two-hour hike through a cool, mountainous coniferous forest, at a pace that feels comfortable for the group. If the hike feels too challenging, horseback riding is also available as an alternative for part or all of the ascent.
What is the cancellation fee?
Because we coordinate private transportation and reserve accommodations well in advance, our cancellation policy is strict:
A non-refundable $400 USD deposit is required to reserve your spot.
If you cancel before December 22, 2026, any additional payments you have made beyond the deposit will be refunded. The $400 USD deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel on or after December 22, 2026 (30 days or less before the retreat), no refunds will be issued.
Your reservation is 100% transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member, provided they meet the retreat requirements and conditions.
