At Origen Wellness Retreats, significant planning and financial commitments are made in advance to secure retreat venues, accommodations, transportation, facilitators, and experiences.

For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies.

Payments may be transferred toward a future retreat.
Refund eligibility will depend on venue and operational commitments already made.

30–60 days before retreat start date:
Partial refunds may be offered.
Certain non-refundable costs may be deducted.

Payments are generally non-refundable.
Credit toward a future retreat may be offered when possible.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
