A reservation is confirmed only once payment or deposit has been received.
Payment plans may be offered for select retreats. Full payment must be completed by the deadline communicated at the time of booking.
Origen Wellness Retreats reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment obligations are not fulfilled.
By participating in an Origen retreat, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily taking part in wellness activities that may include, but are not limited to:

You agree to communicate any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, limitations, or concerns prior to the retreat.

Our retreats are intended for educational, recreational, and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or licensed therapy.
Participants should consult with their healthcare provider before participating if they have any concerns regarding their physical or mental health.

Origen Wellness Retreats is not responsible for costs incurred due to travel delays, cancellations, missed flights, weather events, political situations, or other circumstances outside our control.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
While we aim to deliver all experiences as described, Origen Wellness Retreats reserves the right to modify:
when necessary due to safety considerations, weather, venue circumstances, travel conditions, minimum participation requirements, or events beyond our control.
Any modifications will be made with participant wellbeing and experience in mind.
Origen Wellness Retreats is committed to creating respectful, safe, and supportive environments.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, aggressive, or harmful to the experience of others.
No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Origen Wellness Retreats, its founders, facilitators, contractors, partners, and venues shall not be held liable for:
