By participating in an Origen Wellness Retreats experience, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that participation in retreat activities is voluntary and may involve physical, emotional, and environmental risks. Activities may include:

• Yoga and movement
• Meditation and breathwork
• Hiking and outdoor excursions
• Thermal pools and water activities
• Wellness workshops
• Emotional reflection and group experiences
• Transportation between locations.

 

2. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury
  Illness
• Emotional discomfort
• Travel-related incidents
• Slips, falls, or accidents
• Natural or environmental conditions

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

 

3. Medical Responsibility

I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate in retreat activities.

I understand that Origen Wellness Retreats does not provide medical care or licensed therapy.

I agree to seek professional medical advice when appropriate.

 

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Origen Wellness Retreats, its founders, facilitators, contractors, partners, venues, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation.

 

5. Personal Responsibility

I agree to participate responsibly, communicate limitations, follow facilitator guidance, and respect the retreat environment and other participants.

 

6. Photography & Media

I understand that photos or videos may occasionally be taken during retreats for promotional purposes.

I may notify the retreat organizers in writing if I prefer not to appear in media content.

 

7. Agreement

By booking or participating in an Origen Wellness Retreats experience, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Liability Waiver.
